First, sorry for english mistakes, I'm French. I had had the bad surprise to see one year of emails disappeared and I don't understand why?

When it transformed to Outlook all my emails went in a POP category so I could have taken it back but now, I did any manipulation, everything was okay till this morning when I was looking for a document and saw that I have lost all emails before the 29th September 2013 until 26th october 2012.

What happened? Could you help me please, it s so important for my work and studies and also because I had evidence for judiciary affair?
