I have 'It looks like someone else might be using your account' and my original alternative email is no longer active and i cannot rememember the answer to my security question as it was so long ago; and I didn't have a mobile phone when i originally signed up for my Hotmail  account. How can i give alternative identification to prove who i am? I have tried many times filling in the questionnaire but never get a non-automated reply. I need to get old addresses and also emails that have been sent to my Hotmail account which is still receiving emails from people who tell me that i  haven't replied! WHERE IS THE HUMAN BEING HELP?!!
