I have tried to close my hacked email account, everytime I tried to inform Microsoft and create a new email that one gets hacked into too and I cant close it!!

Please can an expert contact me. This is serious as my email address are all affected!!

Why isn't anyone responding to my post within the same day... (I have waited a couple of days now since I posted my post 10 people have viewed it but no response. I need help please ASAP I am so depressed!!!)
