I have been on this site for over an hour today - my fourth attempt to get the billing section to help me and/or do something about not accepting my update credit details (will not accept a new expiry date!)and will not accept an address change for changed
payment options! I have had it! I want to speak to a PERSON - you remember them? Those voices that talk through your problems with a product or service and suggest ways to deal with your issues? It is bad enough to have to go through the click a number routine
but with this site you don't even get that option! I have had it! I give up!
