my hotmail account has been hacked and as the result I've been blocked. I been sent to account recovery page several time because I suppose to change my password. but I keep getting reply that the information given wasn't enough. I Do NOT REMEMBER MY SECURITY QUESTION.  It was 16 years ago when I opened my account. It asks for DV. I don't know what the DV is to answer that question. I sent my driver license scan and given my phone numbers they still give me you need to change password go to account recovery. I'm getting sick of this reply. Now they telling me they cannot verify that it's me, and I have to open a new account. which I already have and that's how I'm receiving these replies. but they say they have tools for me to transfer my contacts and contents of what I had to this new account. but when I go to account setting, and I see my old email account as part of my security question, I don't get any thing from that account in this one. What Should I do?
Please don't tell my I have to go to password recovery page.
