I just tried to sign into my Hotmail account.  I was prompted to give a phone number so a security code could be sent to my phone.  I have never had to do this before.  Anyway, I get the code and enter it, then it tells me that I will not have access to my account until 9/16/13.  WHY???  I need to be able to access my email daily!!!  I am ticked that I have been locked out of my account!

I laughed, at the bottom of this page it says I will be notified when someone replies to my question.  Well a lot of good that does if I can't access my account!
