I went on vacation, and when I came back, I tried to sign into my Hotmail, and it said password had been entered too many times. I hadn't even entered it more than once.  Obviously someone else had tried to access it, so I tried to reset my password.  I used the form to provide info, but I can't remember my past sent email subject lines, or email addresses of recently emailed contacts, etc.  It keeps replying that I haven't provided enough information. I didn't have an alternate email address set up with the email account, and I do not have a cell phone to text the code.  HELPPPPPP!!!
