Hi

I have lost access to my account, because I have forgotten my password, and the computer I am now using is a new one, since my old one has given up the ghost.

I have also changed my phone number because I was getting grief from the Ex and his entire family, and hadn't updated it on live, because I could not remember the password. I have tried getting the code sent to my alternative email address, but I have somehow blocked that one too (bad week...) I have tried using the form to get my details reset, but since I am unable to provide details of recent emails sent (I rarely send emails from this account because all that is in there is junk mail, which I can't seem to get rid of...) the forms get rejected, and I am still no closer to getting my access back.

Today, I tried using the live chat support, and spoke with a very unhelpful "Michelle" who could only point me to this community support forum, which I then had to create another new account to be able to use. She then disconnected, without really helping me resolve my problem... Conversation is recorded.

Anybody able to help? My account is linked to my xbox live, which still has an ongoing subscription, which I now cannot cancel because I can't access it! 

Also cannot suss out which category my hotmail account comes under >.< so I have probably picked the wrong one!
