Windows Phone Skydrive app displays the following:
When i contact support directly, they get me to verify my account. i do this, and receive this message:
"Your account has been verified and now you just need to reset your password"
I reset my password without problem
I can access Outlook. I can change my personal details. I cannot access Skydrive.
i contact support again
they get me to verify my account
same story
over and over again
how can i escape this loop?
am i trapped forever?
will i ever see my files?
what should i do?
