I can access Outlook. I can change my personal details. I cannot access Skydrive.

Skydrive.com tells me

Your account is temporarily blocked
We’ve noticed some unusual activity in your SkyDrive account. To help protect you and everyone else, we’ve temporarily blocked your account. To unblock it, verify your account.

If your account is still blocked after you verify it, you may have accidentally violated the Microsoft Service Agreement. In that case, look for an email message from SkyDrive Customer Support.

Windows Phone Skydrive app displays the following:



When i contact support directly, they get me to verify my account. i do this, and receive this message:

"Your account has been verified and now you just need to reset your password"

I reset my password without problem

I can access Outlook. I can change my personal details. I cannot access Skydrive.

i contact support again

they get me to verify my account

same story

over and over again

how can i escape this loop?

am i trapped forever?

will i ever see my files?

what should i do?
