hi every1 .. i have a problem with pointing in windows 10 .. i don't get it y it's happening  .. i formated my PC also and it still exist !!! ..

the problem is .. when i point my mouse on a window (any window chrome ,file , program , etc...) WHICH IS NOT FULL SCREEN it's ok .. BUT when i move the crouser to another window (whatever it is ) the previous window comes behind the current window AUTOMATICALLY !!!!?!?!?!! .. it's very annoying and can't even name this horrible problem just to find it in the internet for solving it .. plz any1 help plz
