I have 2 hotmail accounts but none didn’t work when I log in my usual passsword and bounce me back said wrong password. I need these accounts back please, why? hotmail and bigpond. please advise

I want my hotmail account back and my bigpond, I logged in my passwords but bounce back, I don't why, please I need both accounts back because I have important stuff in both account
