My account got hacked somehow and I'm using a very strong anti virus programme .... after I got hacked I tried many times to recover my password but the hacker knew what I need to recover my password so he changed every single detail that I can remember ....... GG Microsoft ... at least make a way to contact the company through the phone to return back my email back ! the problem is that the hacker made my email related to his main one that whenever I ask for recovering the password they send the ID code to his email WTF is going on with this ?! More over , I chatted with the staff live all of them cant do anything useful to me in this situation ! **** THIS ! I'm burning my nerves and wasting my time with these because of **** hacker captured my account which I was using since ( XXXX ) a long time .... 1.THE QUESTION IS WHY DONT THE DEVELOPER DO SOMETHING USEFUL TO PEOPLE ?! 2. WHY DONT THE COMPANY ATLEAST ASK ME FOR MY PHONE NUMBER MORE THAN THE RECOVERY FORMS ?! 3. HOW TO GET MY EMAIL BACK IF THE HACKER CAPTURED MY WHOLE EMAIL ?! 4. WHY DONT THE COMPANY MAKE A 4TH WAY TO RETURN THAT EMAIL EVEN IF ITS TROUGH ANOTHER COMPANY BY COOPERATING TOGETHER ?! I hope my situation is very clear for you all .... its been 2 days and my email is still hacked ..... I NEED SOMETHING BIG THAT CAN RETURN IT BACK !
