I downloaded windows 10 yesterday but could not get audio so I reinstaled windows 7, How can I get a complete windows 10?

I could not get audio after installing windows 10 from windows 7 so I had to reinstall 7 Should I InstallRealtek High Definition Audio Driver in Windows 7 so that windows 10 willpickit up on the installation of 10?
