It says it is trying to link my account with a phone that doesn't exist.  I need to access my email and open the emails and answer them, attachments, etc.  The whole thing is really messed up recently.  It said the issue would be resolved by Aug 14, 2013 at   6 PM.  It is now 9:29.  Please resolve this quickly.  Thank you.  How are you going to let me know when it is repaired.  I don't have the phone it thinks I do!
