I created a new alias account (hotmail.co.uk) and have lost all my emails in my primary alias inbox!

I've been using my standard Hotmail account almost daily for 2 years and decided I wanted another email address today. I created an alias account and for some reason, it has removed all my inbox before 27th August 2013.

Please can someone help me, I tried restoring from deleted but it didn't work!

I also did NOT rename my inbox. 
The data loss occured after a few hours, the emails were there for a brief time.
I've had no logging in issues
I did not try to deactivate my account
I logged into my account the morning before I decided to create an alias.
I've lost all data before 27th August 2013.
I still have folders
