I created a Live Movie Maker on a PC with Windows 7, but try to open it on my Windows 10 laptop but it wont open….can any one tell me why?

When I try to open the file it tells me "Sorry, Movie Maker cannot open this project file. The file may not be compatible with Windows Live Movie Maker or be corrupted. Please try a different project file"
