I have one domain emirates-international.com registered in windows live for email services. I created the DNS record at the domain registrar as instructed by window live for domain verification and clicked the button Refresh. But i got the following message.

It may take a few minutes to complete the changes to your service. Please check back later.  You can Cancel service or Edit mail settings

I tried after 48 hours and got the same message and tried after one week and got the same message again.

Please help me to sort out this issue.
