When i sign in it asks me to verify my account, the problem is that I don't have access to my alternate e-mail.
and I tried the second option which I have to fill a form, but since my e-mail is so old I've forgotten most of the information.
This account is so important to me, plus my Xbox Live is currently blocked until I verify my Microsoft account.
