I'm travelling and every time I log in from a new place I've been asked to verify my account. Unfortunately my phone was stolen so I could only do this through answering my year of birth. However, now I'm in Hong Kong my account has been blocked altogether because it seemed someone else was using it at the same time (this may have been me on my phone at the same time as a PC?) so I tried to verify my account by filling in the questionnaire. It was confirmed to be me, but every time I've clicked the link it's said that the link has expired. I have now tried that too many times and been locked out. It's taken me an hour to get a new account with hotmail/outlook so I apologise for my current name but it's the first thing that has been accepted. I would very, very much like to get back into my other account as I have flight details for tomorrow which I NEED, so I would appreciate your help. Please contact me as soon as possible and help me!
