My account has been temporarily blocked because someone has tried to access it. This is really not on I really need to access it urgently!!! I cant unblock it either because my secondary email was wrong and I keep filling out the questionnaire but it will not accept my answers and now I have re-sent this too many times and cannot send again. I have given as much information as possible but it still wont accept it. I need access as soon as possible I have important information on this email. Please help me! Why are there so many hackers taking over hotmail this is the second time it has happened!!!
