After reviewing my information, the Microsoft support team recommend i post my problem here as they thought you would best address my concerns.

i have got an email address that i can no longer access. 

I have tried the access code, it didn't work, I have completed the forms many times and they keep coming back to say i didn't provide correct information.

i have had the email account for 15 years and can now no longer use since August of this year.

please can someone help me log back in as soon as possible.
