I can’t sign in to hotmail account right now , which in turn affected by xbox account as well, is there any problems with the hotmail now ?

I can't access my hotmail account right now, it keeps refreshing at the log in page even with my correct log in credentials. And there are no information relating to this problem im facing right now.
