I am unable to send out email since I recently change from phone to a iPhone 5s. I have deleted and create
the account but it’s the same problem. I never have this problem when using Samsung Galaxy S4 nor iPhone 4s.
a. I have tried creating my acct in my friend’s iPhone 5. I have the same error. Her hotmail account is working fine in the same phone
b. We created her account in my phone and her account works
c. I have accessed my account via a PC and phone browser, it works fine
I have called Apple and my service provider and was told to refer this matter to Hotmail. I am attached the error msg in this email.
