I'm trying to log into my old email account to retrieve a password, but I have forgotten the password for it. That's not the only problem, I have tried doing the forgotten password thing, and it says that it is not a microsoft email/account? I'm not
quite sure what that even means. If anyone can help me out, it'll mean loads, thank you.
