Please help.

I sent a message with bcc's to several people today.  When I just tried to see who I sent it to, the bcc's don't come up.  I tried hitting the down arrow and only the "TO: " recipient's name came up.  I tried going to view message source, that doesn't work either.  There must be some trick in Windows 8 that will work?  I'm new with Windows 8 and am frustrated with it, as well as frustrated with the new Outlook vs Hotmail.  In Windows 8 you don't get the same drop down items as in the past versions, right clicking doesn't do anything.

Also, I would like to view all replies individually, I don't like the way they all lump together on top of each other, you can easily miss a reply if they come a minute apart... I can't find a "conversations" setting where I can ask them to come in individually.
