My email is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** which is linked with Hotmail and one day I can't sign in with my present password and I'm sure it's 100% right password that I sign in every single day.So I try to reset the password every way and every step that microsoft site suggest.
Even when I receive the reset link from Microsoft after they confirm my ownership verification,it still can't reset,it said that this is temporary problem but I try it for a couple day already but it's still the same message shown. I need to use my email urgently,I don't want to delete this account and create new because there are many contacts and information there.
Please kindly check for me. I do everything that Microsoft suggest like receive text,call to get code or fill in blanks to get verification and I get confirm my ownership but why still can't reset the password???
