This problem started 3 weeks ago, I came back from holidays and I tried to sign in on my Xbox live and then a new terms of use has popped up and it required a password from my parent email, but there was one problem and that was that I couldn't remember the password. So I went to "can't access account" on hotmail and then I pressed "email me a reset link". 3 weeks has passed and still no email and I have probably pressed that option like 20 times and still no email, so then I done the questionnaire option but they always respond saying that I have not given enough detail but I have never used this email so I haven't created any folders, sent any emails the only thing I can add is my debit card. The worst part is that I have tried so many times guessing the password I have blocked the account, I phoned xbox hoping they can help but they couldn't and advised me to speak to Microsoft. So I am hoping if there is a way for me to get the account back as I really need it for me to play online as I am a person who goes on Xbox live everyday.
Any help will be much appreciated.
