Recently the windows live account linking system got terminated, for the past few years i have linked all 3 of my main email accounts together and have been accessing all of them through 1 account.

Due to this i had forgotten one of my accounts passwords and details, I remember the security answer i may be spelling it wrong but I completely remember it but every time I enter it a message pops up and says "The wrong info was entered too many times. Try another option, or try again later." 

I received that message the first time I even tried to recover the account, I've been looking for a way to contact Hotmail but I can't find out how to contact their support team as they are not user friendly, this email account is important to me and is clearly mine considering just before the account linking system was terminated i forwarded all emails from that account to my other one, yes the emails are forwarded so what's the problem? well in a year, I fear that my email account will be deleted due to being inactive as I can't log into it.

The email address is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** if you're a moderator and if you're reading this you'll be able to see that the emails are forwarded to the account that I'm on now and also both accounts were previously linked.

Can someone please help me.
