I am a little clueless with all this, so please bare with me! Someone offered to help me set up my email address for my new website, so that it would use outlook.com, but the email would be personnalised eg. *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. It was working fine for a while, but I realised very recently that the emails sent to it have been bouncing back! I can send from the account though...? I am no longer in contact with the person who set it up, and have searched all the forums with no luck to find out how to fix the problem! The same person had set up my website and domain name, but I had to have this changed - would that have anything to do with it?

The delivery failure message sent back is as follows:

Technical details of permanent failure:

The error that the other server returned was:
550 Neither MX nor MTA found for domain:clemenceolive.com - psmtp
