Hi, I have a Hotmail account and a live account, I can open my Hotmail account but I can't open my Live account since the day before yesterday so the 20th, it says that somebody else has access my account or something like that and I should put a code that I try and didn't work.  And it says change my password but I can't access my account, it is not possible to change it and if I try it bring me to my Hotmail account not the Live one.  So what is going on here?  Can you help me?  I sure hope so!  This is send through my Hotmail account, I finally find a way to reach your support center after 2 days trying..  I'm waiting for a reply,  I would like to have an answer send to my Hotmail account because I don't know if I will be able to find this support center again because it is not friendly user that's for sure!
