I just bought a Nokia 920 a week ago. I am not sure what happened at the AT&T store, but the stored password on the phone is longer than anything I ever use. At the store they told me I would get an email but I didn't. I can't change the email name, so anything I upload to the Sky Drive, I can't access. When I tried to change the password, MS was no help. Their form asked for old passwords and emails. But there are none, so form came back, asking for more information, but of course there is none.
