I hadn't logged into my hotmail account for a while and just tried retrieving my old password via the Outlook interface with no success.  It said that my @ hotmail address was "incorrect" .  When I registered with Outlook / Microsoft and entered in my old email address, it came back as an error saying that my old email address was owned by a domain (live.com, hotmail.com) already and wasn't available.  I am up a wall , I have no idea what to do
