Hello,

Can someone please reply to the support ticket I opened up over two days ago?  The automated email says that I should have heard something in 24hrs... it's way past that now.  My live account is tied to an old work email that I no longer have access to.  I filled out the form as best I could to recover the password.  Any help would be appreciated!
