I am running on Windows 10 and need to load my Hotmail Account to Windows Live Mail.  I go through the Add Account and tried with the default settings, Manually configuring server settings using both default and alternate port numbers.  None of them work for me and the best I can get is it asking repeatedly for my password when checking for messages.
