Ok. This is an account I made years and years ago. I stopped using it years ago as well. Unfortunately there are two gaming profiles associated with this email address (windows live gaming and origin). Having forgotten the password to my origin account
and being unable to access my hotmail account I am unable to log into origin where I have spent hundreds of dollars.
Apparently when filling out the verification form I don't provide enough information to recieve a password reset, although I provide my address, date of birth and name correctly, I'm sure. I never had phone details attached to the account. I never had bank
details attached to the account. I have no idea what any of the recent sent emails or received emails are as I haven't used this account for email purposes in at least 5 years as all I ever received in my inbox was spam. Look. This is infuriating. I have a
registered copy of windows, I've used hotmail for over 10 years.
I used to be able to access the other email account as I had a @live.com address that was linked to the one I am trying to retrieve. Since the upgrade to outlook, that link has been broken.
I don't know what to do.
I would REALLY appreciate if I could actually SPEAK to someone about this instead of dealing with automated responses and online forms that don't work.
I do not what community help for this. I have done all that I can without the actual involvement of a microsoft staff member. I'm not sure what I can do to prove that this account is mine, but I'm sure if I was actually able to speak to someone about it we
could work out some sort of identity confirmation method? no?
As I said before; this is absolutely infuriating. The 'support' provided through this website is impossible to navigate and all winds up at something that will be of no use to me.
I need to actually interact with a microsoft staff member.
Thank you.
