Hey
I bought a new laptop, signed up with windows 8 did all the new microsoft account business and today (after having it less than 24 hours) it keeps telling me that my password is incorrect, I changed my microsoft password and when checking the accounts there was an email address I don't recognise nor associated with me and cannot reset my password as I didn't have time to create a password reset drive. I can't open a windows command prompt box and I can't take out the battery to force a reset to give me the option of opening in safety mode.  Can anyone help me?
