After receiving an email from a friend asking if I had sent a suspicious looking email did I send it or was it spam? I replied spam. My friend advised me to change my password. I changed the password. The following day (Sunday) I tried logging into my account and after several tries I opted for I forgot my password. I submitted a form with I.D. information and each subsequent day I have got emails from Microsoft stating not enough information. I have an alternative email accounts with both Yahoo and Google but only use HOTMAIL. I am so frustrated that I cannot access my mail. Help me please. I do not know what else I can do to prove who I am and that the account is mine!!
