Today I realised that I could not get into a company email adress I have that I had joined to this email address, after not being able to get into the account through the pull down top corner way I had to reset the password so I done that, logged in and it said I was in the wrong so I reset the password again and it said i was wrong again, I have tried everything and am horrified because all my work stuff is in that inbox and I didnt know the option of having joined accounts was going away... I should mention I am blind and use voice recog alot... however in this situation I am almost certainly doomed.
