I can't get into my Mircosoft account. I have tried all the options to try and reset my password.

1. I do not know the password for the other email they can send the reset link to, so it's a useless email.
2. I do not remember answering my granddad's occupation and when I have put it in, it says it's incorrect.
3. When filling out the form to recover the account it says I have insufficient information about my own account.
When creating my email many years ago. I think I may have put wrong information about my DOB and other, which i can't remember, as I did not want the internet to know my correct information, I did not think about the fact it was needed for security. But I did supply all correct information about recent sent emails and contacts.

It is so frustrating, please help.
