I have submitted the questionaire and reset my password through the link but I get the same error. I'm not sure why I would get a link to reset the password when that's not what the error is for. The email address it gives me to verify my account isn't even mine. Please help, I have never had this much trouble fixing an issue. The other account I use for job searches and it says my password is incorrect. I have never sent any e-mails from it or set up any new folders so the questionaire won't let me in.
