I have tried everything, including on-line chats via outlook.com on facebook. I get this every time.
"Our server is having a problem. We're working to fix it as soon as we can, so try again in a few minutes."
I cant leave the account inactive as something is stuck on it which auto-forwards every email, which cannot be stopped, so it has to be closed.
I have cleared cache, sorted silverlight, checked browser type... I just want to close the account!
