I can´t access to my outlook/hotmail account.
I have tried reseting the password but it doen´t work.
I log in and receive the following message since 3 days ago: "We´re updating your inbox, please wait a few minutes and then try again"
I have checked "microsoft service status" and it shows everything is running normally.
The problem started a few days ago when I was configuring a new laptop with windows 8 for my father and it requested and email address, I entered mine (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) and after I I tried to switch it to his email address in that computer.
Now I have not access either to my outlook or my hotmail account.
As I can´t enter into my outlook/hotmail account, I kindly ask to send any reponse to my alternate email: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
