Soon after I was forced onto outlook, the ability to change accounts from one account to the other (mine and wife) discontinued.  I was able to click on my name/picture, and the page automatically changed to her account and visa versa. I seems something changes every day. Can you hire somebody who is competent enough to set the process up to stay working for awhile?
