I can’t access my outlook/email.

I log on to hotmail but when I try to access my outlook i get: "there seems to be a problem with outlook right now" 
Its been like this for two days now. 
I've tried to access outlook from different computers, Iphones, and with different browsers and it does'nt matter. Same result. 

Help me! I have really important stuff among my emails, things I cant lose! What do I do?
