recently hotmail asked me to verify my account through sms, but i cant as the number is disconnected. i can list my name and my current password in the questionnaire, but thats about all that i can fill in and i still cant get a verification code. this is very frustrating as its attached to my xbox live account and i can no longer sign in due to security proofs. i dont know the credit card details because i wasnt the one who purchased the family gold plan im part of. ive tried everything and im at a loss as to what to do now.
