I got an error server run '/' application when I last tried to get my Hotmail and now I can't get in. How long will this last? What can I do to get back into my account? I'm on windows 7 and need explicit step by step instructions on what to do - also, my bing bar has disappeared and I haven't been able to retrieve it. I tried downloading a new one twice but my security program stopped and deleted them because it said they contained viruses. HELP!
