I created my Hotmail account when I was 9 years old (I'm almost 20 now). I keep trying to submit a form to get it back but I can't remember all my info. I've moved since I was 9 and the mobile number I have so I could be texted or called is no longer in service.  I don't know what to do and I am so frustrated as I have contacts and important emails I need and I haven't been able to access them for almost 3 months! Same goes for my college email too!

Help me PLEASE!
