I have not changed my passwOrd. The account to retrieve my password ïs the other that I can't access that one I do not remember the security question. THE error message is that I the password is incorrect how can this be when I haven't changed them.

I have exhausted all methods to retrieve my two email accounts I wad told I would be contacted in 24 hours. its going on seven days now I filled up the questionnaire I keep getting the message that my passwords are incorrect when they are not. I really
