I have an email account that I have used since university. This is linked to all my web accounts for ebay/amazon, etc.

Since the change over to Outlook, I can no longer access any of my emails. Why has this happened? And how can I access my emails! I have tried resetting passwords and trying to log in via msn thent hrough my profile and although I can view all of my profile info, I still can't see my inbox!!!
