Hello, Good afternoon. My name is Patrick Ighodaro. I have been experiencing problems recently in regards to logging into my account. Every time I try to call Hotmail about my account no one helps me with my problem. I have also resetted my password over and over again. This does not seem to help as well. This problem can easily be sorted out by reopening my account and taking off whatever hold you have put on the account. My email address is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.

Everytime I try to login into my account it says the following:

 This account can't be used to access Outlook.com
You're currently signed in with an Office 365 email account, which can't be used with Outlook.com. Please click here to sign out of your Office 365 account, then use another Microsoft account to sign in to Outlook.com (for example, your hotmail.com, live.com, or msn.com account).

Now I want my email address reopened as soon as possible, so I can access and use my account. I need a reply from your team or the team that deals with this sort of problems as soon as possible.
